Photographer and Mechanic

Concerning Photography, I would paraphrase a favorite author’s writing:  “What is life worth without beauty in it?  Serious matters constantly beset each mortal person.  We can seek reprieve only in the innocent pleasures of life, and beauty is certainly one of them.”   Most of the time in the ‘busyness’ of our lives we miss seeing the not-obvious beauty that is always all around us.  These images that get missed are important to me.  My goal is to bring to the viewer some of that photographic beauty and surprise so often overlooked.

Background
I have always had an interest in photography, even to the point of enrolling in the New York Institute of Photography course.  However, work and family always came before the time I yearned to dedicate to photography.  Now, spending less time at my auto shop and with the luxury of digital imaging, I finally am able to focus on my passion of photography.
